When Fran adopted her great niece and nephew, she rescued them from drug-addicted parents, the repeated intervention of Child Protective Services and the inevitability of foster homes. She gave them a safe and loving home in which they can grow and thrive. But her daughter had suffered tremendous upheaval and trauma, and Fran needed help healing her daughter’s Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. She turned to FSA’s Childhood Trauma Treatment Services.
“It does take a village,” she says, “and within that village you will find the people who make it possible for those small voices to be heard. Thank you to FSA for not having an agenda other than my daughter’s mental health and wholeness.”
